Description
A redesign of Betilla from the 'Rayman' franchise, inspired by *shoomlah's historical disney princesses series.
I've never quite liked her design in 'Rayman Origins', it was in my opinion too skimpy. Since she is one of the ancient and most powerful fairies, I always interpreted her as a regal, wise and yet benevolent figure.
The hat is basically kept the same as in 'Origins' but with a few alternations, such as the pattern.
The collar is from the original design and the colours are a mixture of both the old and modern design.
The hair is a mixture of the version from 'Rayman Origins' and from the 2D-concept of 'Rayman 2'. [link]

Instead of star patterns I made swirl patterns on the hat and on the top of dress. The swirls are slighty inspired from the level in 'Rayman 3' 'the longest shortcut'.
I placed the pearls from the top of her hat in her original design to her waist, because I thought it fitted better.
Comments and constructivie criticism are greatly appreciated.
Programms and tools used: Mouse, Paint Tool Sai and Photoshop Elements.
